Reka Gyulai: A local gem returning to Pointeworks for her second commission following the success of Off Beatpresented last season. Known for her distinctive and evocative choreography, Gyulai continues to captivate audiences with her innovative approach.
Laine Habony: A choreographer from New York City Ballet, celebrated for her dynamic and fresh perspective on dance.
DaYoung Jung: Presenting a third exciting premiere that promises to inspire and challenge.
"Carousel" Duet by Christopher Wheeldon:
This timeless piece will be performed with live piano orchestration. Its enchanting and whimsical nature offers a delightful contrast to the evening’s contemporary works and is sure to sweep you off your feet.
With a talented cast of 12 international dancers, this season promises a thrilling mix of classical and contemporary styles, dramatic intensity, and emotional depth.
